Nexplanon is the new contraceptive that is inserted under the skin and will last for a period of three years.

3)Does not interfere with sexual intercourse.
4)Can be used when breastfeeding.
5)Less period pain.
6)Can be taken by women that cannont take estrogen that's used in pills
7)May help protect against pelvic infection.
It also contains Barium, which means it can be tracked in the body with an x-ray.
